Job Title – Hire Desk Controller
Location – Bury St Edmunds
Salary – up to £32k / annum + 7.5% bonus (possible stretch for experienced candidates)
Role:
* First point of contact for customer enquiries
* Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment.
* Calculating and supply of quotes
* Planning transport for deliveries and collections
* Working jointly with all departments
* Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages and ensuring payment is received
* Full training on product range will be given.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 12 months experience within the construction hire sector
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent multitasker
* Flexible adaptable to change
