Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech Pathology and Communication Disorders
* Current Maryland state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Experience in a school setting is preferred, though not required
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:
Newark, Maryland (Onsite position)
Responsibilities:
* Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students from PreK to 3rd grade
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate students communication goals
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
