Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding nursing, residential, and dementia care. * Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and all relevant regulations. * Manage all aspects of the home’s operations, including clinical governance, staffing, and financial performance. * Maintain the highest standards of care quality, resident wellbeing, and service delivery. * Develop, implement, and monitor improvement plans to achieve “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC outcomes. * Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. * Drive a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence across the team. Requirements * NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) qualification – essential. * Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager or Home Manager within an elderly nursing home or dementia care setting. * In-depth knowledge of clinical governance, CQC frameworks, and Health & Social Care Act standards. * Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. * Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels. * Ideally holds or is working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent management qualification).
