Multi-Skilled Plumber / Multi-Skilled Engineer (Qualified)

Rate: £23.50 / 27.50 per hour PAYE / Umbrella

We are recruiting a qualified Multi-Skilled Plumber or Multi-Skilled Engineer with a core plumbing trade to support a static site.This is a hands-on role focused on reactive and planned maintenance, working as part of an on-site engineering team.
Key responsibilities:
* Reactive plumbing maintenance including toilet and sanitary repairs
* Planned maintenance tasks across the site
* Supporting an AC engineer with basic HVAC-related tasks where required
* General fabric or maintenance person works if qualified in an additional trade.
* Working in line with site health and safety procedures
About you:
* Qualified Plumber or Multi-Skilled Engineer with a recognised trade qualification
* Experience in commercial maintenance environments
* DBS checked (or willing to complete)
* Additional trade experience such as fabric maintenance or general maintenance person work is advantageous.
* Able to work effectively as part of a wider engineering team
