What the Job Involves This role involves providing a high-performing social work service to adults in various community service areas, including Access/Older People Services, All-age Disabilities Services, Mental Health Services, and Early Intervention Services. A Social Worker will manage a caseload that includes safeguarding adults, support trainees, demonstrate expertise in specific fields, and work to solve complex social issues. Senior roles include managing more complex caseloads, offering expert advice, supervising junior staff, and engaging in team planning and service delivery. Advanced practitioners provide leadership, manage highly complex cases, and contribute significantly to workforce planning and professional consultation.
