Housekeeper – Liverpool
Hourly Rate: £12.50 (plus holiday pay, circa £14.00 per hour in total). Working Hours: 10am – 4pm, 12 hours per week with flexibility on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Contract Duration: 9 month fixed term contract.

We’re looking for a seasonal Housekeeper to deliver a luxury, home‑from‑home cleaning service for our guests’ studio apartments whilst ensuring our premium site & facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional, personalised room cleaning service to guests by ensuring their studios are maintained to a clean, healthy & presentable standard.
* Work towards designated schedules; cleaning duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, anti‑bacterial cleaning of surfaces and making beds.
* Ensure our facilities are looked after respectfully by guests.
* Maintain the upkeep of our premium site & facilities.
* Be on hand, delivering solutions to issues or challenges that may arise.
* Be a point of contact for any potential incident or emergency onsite.
* Maintain waste management areas adhering to health & safety regulations, ensuring potential hazards are addressed / cleaned / tidied / reorganised as required.
* Use a smartphone / tablet to record & manage each studio clean: photograph each studio before and after the clean.
* Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate needs to the Assistant Residence Manager or Residence Manager; assist in ordering stock to maintain inventory.
* Understand and follow COSHH regulations when using cleaning chemicals.
Qualifications
* Well‑versed housekeeping professional with experience in large, multi‑room residence facilities such as accommodation buildings, hotels or hospitals.
* Technologically astute, comfortable with technology systems and software.
* Good understanding of COSHH regulations and practices.
