Responsibilities
* Drive product development, ensuring projects align with business objectives and timelines.
* Collaborate across RF, Digital, Electronics, Mechanical, PCB and Software teams.
* Lead system integration and validation activities for complex products.
* Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
* Streamline workload management and champion process improvements.
* Contribute to technology adoption and influence product strategy.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have strong experience in RF or Digital Electronics and a broad understanding of multidisciplinary system design. Proven ability to manage complex product development cycles while supporting team growth and operational efficiency. Skilled in requirements capture, system‑level decision‑making and integration, acting as a trusted technical authority across hardware, software and manufacturing domains.
Beyond technical capability, the individual will excel in leadership by coaching junior engineers, promoting collaboration and embedding best practices. They will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing innovation with structured processes to deliver high‑quality solutions. Strong communication skills, problem‑solving ability and familiarity with satellite communications technologies are essential.
