To advise the CO, chain of command and individuals on all aspects of Soldier Career Management (CM). To act as the unit’s main POC for APC branches on soldier staffing issues and contribute to aspects of internal workforce planning. Act as the Secretariat for unit level Ordre of Merit Conferences. Monitor the movement of unit personnel on assignment, attachment and courses. Detailed Information Management on JPA, PAPMIS, Skill Profile, and TAFMIS. Provide information regarding changes in Terms of Service, promotion and employment policy. Maintain assurance of employment suitability for permanent military workforce IAW MS Referral processes. To assist in the delivery of FCP(S) to all soldiers serving within the unit in conjunction with APC.
