DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
Due to growth, our clients have created a new role for a business-savvy CRM Database Administrator to manage all aspects of their CRM database.
This role could suit someone who has worked as a Sales Administrator and has experience working closely with sales teams to provide administrative support and maintain a clean database.
Role Details:
* Office-based, permanent part-time role
* Work either 3 full days (Tues, Thurs, Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) or Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 3:00 pm)
* Salary: £28K pro-rata
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and cleansing the database
2. Developing and processing existing records
3. Importing/exporting data to and from the CRM system
4. Adding leads and creating activities for the telemarketing team
5. Creating telemarketing campaigns
6. Managing data requests from the telemarketing team
7. Troubleshooting CRM issues
8. Monitoring telephony activity and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience with CRM systems
* Excellent PC skills and attention to detail
* Commercially minded with an analytical approach
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience or understanding of the commercial property industry (advantageous but not essential)
