Successful candidates will be offered the minimum of the pay scale and in some circumstances salary negotiations will be dependent on the demonstration of skills and experience. Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Personal Assistant for the Executive Team, supporting one or more of our directors. Primary responsibilities will include working behind the scenes to manage diaries effectively.
The successful candidate will be an integral part the Chief Executive's Office, working to provide high quality support and acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Working to your director/s, to understand their priorities and preferred ways of working, you will need to use your initiative to prioritise effectively and ensure the smooth running of the diaries and inboxes that you are managing. You'll be expected to support them by scheduling meetings, organising the flow of papers they require, monitoring deadlines and actions, engaging with stakeholders on their behalf and making travel arrangements.
The Chief Executive's Office is at the heart of the organisation and is responsible for corporate governance and support. The PA team is part of this and provides an essential support function for the directors and their Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs).

Job description
This is an interesting and varied role with the opportunity to work closely with our Executive Team. The candidate will be key in helping them to prioritise tasks, so they are able to optimise their decision-making and make best use of their time.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
* Arranging and managing multiple diaries
* Ensuring that meetings and appointments are scheduled appropriately and that any conflicts are resolved
* Managing inboxes, prioritising papers, correspondence and actions that senior colleagues need to review
* Providing ad-hoc admin support to directorates
* Making travel arrangements within UK and overseas
* Planning and coordinating visits for external visitors
* Working to agreed deadlines and protocols
* You may also be called upon to provide PA support to the Chief Executive and support the Secretariat with corporate meetings including collating papers and logistical arrangements.
Person specification
We are looking for someone that is proactive, reliable, able to cope under pressure and committed to providing consistent, high-quality support. This is a critical support role, and you will often have to adapt to meet changing needs and priorities.
We'll looking for a Personal Assistant who:

* Has excellent organisational, digital and diary management skills - with an ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.

What will the process look like?
