In the Head of Analytics & AI role, you will partner with market and functional leadership teams to drive business value through best-in-class analytics, ML, and AI capabilities. This role will play a key part in shaping analytics strategy and long-term planning. You will be responsible for delivering commercial impact from analytics & AI and fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with market leadership across functions to embed analytics & AI into business decisions, driving value.
Strategy Focused:
- Develop analytics strategies for the functional area and strategic positioning.
- Contribute to shaping the 3-5 year Long-Term Plan (LTP) for the market functional area, integrating analytics & AI into these plans.
Value Delivery:
- Partner with market and delivery teams to realize the committed value through various programs and solutions.
- Define problems clearly to achieve tangible outcomes.
Governance:
- Establish and lead strategic analytics & AI governance frameworks.
- Manage delivery effectively by collaborating with market and delivery teams.
Culture:
- Promote a culture shift in the market—enhancing analytics skills across functions.
- Influence stakeholders to support business change initiatives.
Brand:
- Act as the ambassador for the EA team within the market.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail business.
- Apply strategic thinking and maintain commercial awareness.
- Lead executive program management initiatives.
- Possess expertise in Analytics & AI transformation and strategic governance.
- Have experience in leadership roles related to market/business-facing analytics projects.
- Be a subject matter expert in leading large AI transformation programs with hands-on experience in AI/ML.
