We are seeking a highly organised and driven Contract Support Administrator – Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Contract Support staff, ensuring seamless coordination between contract support, helpdesk reporting, and client interactions. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coaching your team, managing contractor and supplier relationships, and maintaining the CAFM system (Maximo) for accurate job tracking. You'll monitor workloads to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, handle purchase orders and invoicing, and promote a customer-first culture by managing escalations and building client trust. Additionally, you'll support HR processes such as onboarding and attendance, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement across operations. We're looking for someone with experience using CAFM systems (preferably Maximo), excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and a solid understanding of financial and procurement processes are essential.
