Fleet Sales Co-ordinator (Van)

Are you an organised automotive professional who thrives on managing the detail while keeping customers informed every step of the way?
I’m looking for a proactive Fleet Sales Coordinator to join a growing team, supporting the delivery of light commercial vehicles from order through to handover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor industry experience who is ready to take on a more autonomous role with genuine opportunities for progression.
Working closely with the Fleet Managers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are delivered efficiently, customer expectations are exceeded, and manufacturer standards are maintained.
Duties will include:
- Supporting Fleet Managers with the day‑to‑day management of vehicle orders
- Taking ownership of the sales process from order placement through to vehicle delivery
- Maintaining accurate and compliant customer and vehicle records
- Managing relationships with external suppliers
- Monitoring vehicle progress and coordinating updates throughout the build and delivery process
- Supporting CRM and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Helping the business achieve performance targets and manufacturer standards
What do you need:
- Previous motor industry experience, ideally within van sales, fleet, commercial vehicles or vehicle administration
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems
