TEXO Recruitment is looking for an Operations Coordinator to start immediately in Kintore, Aberdeenshire for an external client. This is a temporary-to-permanent, full-time role. The role involves supporting the commercial and delivery teams within the service line and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Support assigned projects from tender stage through to completion
Coordinate training, certification and competence for offshore and onshore technicians
Arrange travel and accommodation for project personnel
Support the sales of offshore personnel to new and existing clients
Help improve and develop office processes within the Asset Integrity team
Work closely with the Technical Director, Operations Manager and Project Manager to ensure projects are well prepared and delivered on time
Attend client meetings to discuss upcoming work and completed projects
Assist with contract administration and preparation of quotes (technical and commercial)
Source project equipment from regional offices and third-party suppliers
Raise purchase orders and ensure equipment and personnel are arranged on time and with correct documentation
Manage equipment logistics, including export and import
Support invoicing and financial reporting
Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies
Carry out any other duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
HNC/HND/Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
Previous experience supporting offshore operational projects
Strong MS Word and Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
High level of IT literacy
