What you will do
As a Business Intelligence Analyst within our global Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate across business functions to deliver high-impact analyticsdata products, enabling stakeholders to understand trends, answer critical questions, and drive strategic decisions.
How you will do it
1. Design, manage, and enhance reports and dashboards in partnership with business stakeholders. Lead the migration of legacy BI and reporting platforms to modern Microsoft Power BI/Fabric solutions, driving standardization and simplification.
2. Collaborate with data engineering to establish centralized, accurate, and reliable databases, integrating data from platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ERPs, and more.
3. Partner with operational and finance teams to ensure consistent, cross-functional reporting. Facilitate communication and best practices within the global team and across regional analytics resources.
4. Leverage emerging analytics tools and technologies to deliver world-class data products. Support Agile project delivery while adhering to Lean principles.
5. Provide analytics expertise to regional senior and executive leadership, supporting their strategic data needs.
6. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure BI datasets and products reflect accurate, consistent, and trustworthy information for business decision-making.
What we look for
7. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field from a recognized university.
8. Experience in business/sales analytics, operations, or CRM.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently conduct data analysis and distill findings into actionable insights.
10. Proficiency in analytical tools and dashboard development; skilled in database queries and tools such as Microsoft Power BI/Fabric, Snowflake, SQL, Python, etc.
11. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
12. Strong business acumen, interpersonal, and communication skills.
13. Fluency in English.
