What You Will Do: Conduct comprehensive physical and mental health assessments for service users and make appropriate referrals. Safely manage detoxification processes for alcohol and opioid service users. Provide health education, blood-borne virus screening, and administer vaccinations as required. Facilitate community-based alcohol and opioid detoxification programmes and deliver wound care. Deliver psychosocial interventions to promote engagement and support structured recovery planning.
