About you

Role responsibilities include:
* Customer Experience and Demonstration: Share ghd’s history and product knowledge confidently, creating engaging in-store experiences. Ensure customers find the right tools for them with excellent service.
* Sales: Engage actively with customers through product demonstrations, creating a luxury shopping experience, and seeking opportunities to increase sales.
* Counter Management: Maintain high standards of visual and luxury presentation of the retail concession in line with brand guidelines.
* Stakeholder Management: Support regional managers and team to grow the brand, and collaborate with external partners for local activations and events to position ghd as the brand of choice.
