Key Responsibilities:
The post is part of our Property Services department, who have responsibility for a wide variety of service provision including Reactive Day to Day Repairs, Planned Maintenance works, Gas Servicing and Service contracts for Fire Safety Equipment and Lift Servicing in accordance with the Association's policies, good practice and relevant legislation. This post is being offered on a fixed term basis, ending by 27th April 2027.
The postholder will be expected to assist the department to deliver the Associations aim to provide a right first time reactive and planned maintenance service for customers and liaise with customers and contractors to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the Associations Property Service responsibilities.
This will include:
* Ensure effective provision of front line customer service to tenants, supporting the reporting of defects and requesting repairs.
* Ensure all orders are processed and carried out with target timescales. Liaise with contractors where orders are late. Request Property Service Officers attendance at relevant jobs as per policy.
* Liaise with gas servicing contractors to ensure servicing of all gas appliances is compliant with legislation. Assist with delivery of all service contracts.
* Assist the Property Services Managers/Senior Property Services Officer in compiling reports and statistics on the delivery of the service.
About you:
You will have experience of providing front line customer services support and previous experience of working in an administrative role and be educated to higher grade level or equivalent.

* Salary: Starting salary is £27,344. This salary is a Grade 4 (£27,344 - £30,383)
