The Role
You'll be the central point of contact for all customer communication, blending customer service, account management and social interaction. From handling day‑to‑day enquiries to nurturing long‑term client relationships, you'll ensure every customer feels valued, supported and excited to return.
This is a role for someone who loves people, thrives in a busy inbox, and can switch between messages, phone calls and client updates with ease.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries across email, phone, socials and messaging platforms
Handling order queries, feedback, complaints and delivery updates
Building strong relationships with wholesale clients and partners
Managing order lifecycles with accuracy and warmth
Monitoring socials and engaging with customers in the brand's tone
Collaborating daily with production, delivery and admin teams
Gathering customer insights to help enhance service and processes
About You
Experience in customer service, account management or client support
A warm communicator who writes and speaks with clarity and personality
Highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once
Comfortable using social platforms for customer interaction
Calm, proactive and solution‑focused
