A highly regarded, boutique wealth management and financial planning firm based in North Worcestershire is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their growing team.
Due to a rapidly expanding client base – driven by their outstanding reputation within the local business community – this is a newly available position offering a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
This is a key administrative role supporting the business with:

Reviewing and maintaining client files

Assisting with portfolio reviews and documentation

Ensuring records are accurate and compliant

Preparing and organising client documentation

Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week (around 4 hours per day), which may particularly suit a parent looking to work school-friendly hours.
About You
You do not need direct experience within financial services, although previous administration experience within a financial or professional services environment would be advantageous.
