Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Preston Salary: £40K - £45K Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in the Preston area. Job Responsibilities · Managing projects from start to finish. · Negotiating with suppliers / sub-contractors and ensuring deadlines are met. · Ensuring final projects are being delivered within budget. · Liaising with the site teams, clients and other commercial team. · Conducting progress meetings and updating management with the progress of the project. · Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations · Signing off payments and final accounts for sub-contractors and supplier statements. Job Requirements · Must have past experience in a similar Quantity Surveyor Role. · HND / BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. · Driving License and your own transport. · Excellent communication skills. · Fit out / Commercial project experience would be an advantage.
