Role
-holders will have the ability to produce high quality work under pressure with attention to detail at all times. Communication and interpersonal skills are vital and role-holders will have the ability to multitask and prioritise. You will gain a good working knowledge of School and University information systems and student-related policies and procedures and use this knowledge to provide effective and efficient administrative support.
This is a fixed term contract for up to one year.
Skills, Experience & Qualification needed
You will have the following abilities:
1. To manage your own workload and prioritise tasks, producing work to a high standard
2. To accurately record, analyse, interpret and report information/data
3. To communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
4. To organise activities and resources
5. To use digital technologies including Google applications and/or Microsoft Office
