Employment Solicitor £80,000 to £120,000 plus 20% on billings
I’m working with a modern, ambitious legal practice that’s elevating its Employment team—and they’re looking for an Employment Lawyer who’s as sharp, driven, and people-focused as they are.
Expect a rich mix of advisory and contentious work, spanning:
* Workplace investigations, discrimination issues, grievances & disciplinaries
* Redundancies, restructures, TUPE and employment strategy
* Tribunal representation from start to finish
* Drafting employment documentation with clarity and confidence
* Supporting corporate deals with smart, commercial employment advice
* [6+] years’ PQE in Employment Law
* A balance of technical accuracy and real-world practicality
* Confidence dealing directly with clients
* A proactive mindset and a personable, polished approach
* Ability to spot and comvert new business and grow a team in Employment.
