You’ll support the UK Property Maintenance Managers by efficiently logging and processing maintenance requests, raising purchase orders, and approving invoices.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the friendly voice providing excellent telephone support to all New Look branches.
* Raise all Purchase Orders for Maintenance accurately, ensuring policy alignment.
* Log calls received via phone and email on the PAL call logging system and update the log as needed.
* Coordinate with third-party contractors, managing expectations for fix times and keeping everyone updated.
* Adapt your communication style to suit different individuals and situations, ensuring clear and concise communication.
* Offer flexible and ad-hoc support to the Weymouth Support Centre, working with the Facilities team to ensure smooth and efficient building operations.

Who You Are
* You have strong IT skills and can quickly adapt to new tools, especially Word, Excel, and Email.
* You are self-motivated and can work independently and as part of a team.
* You excel at multi-tasking and prioritising tasks efficiently.
* You have experience in an office or retail environment.
* You have awareness and understanding of basic statutory Health and Safety legislation (preferred).
