Location: Stroud, Tetbury, Malmesbury (Must be based here or willing to relocate)

What You’ll Do:
* Manage your own patient list - capped to ensure quality care.
* Conduct home visits, remote consultations, and in-person assessments.
* Work flexibly, with control over your schedule.
* Become a trusted advocate for your patients, with time to follow up and provide holistic care.
* Be part of a tight-knit clinical team, fully supported by practice management and nursing staff.
What You Get:
✅ Clear & Transparent Pay:
* Starting salary: £110K
* After 1 year: £115K
* After 2 years: £120K
