Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT support issues across hardware, software, and SaaS environments.
Manage and administer Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) – if not certified, you must be willing to study and pass the Google Workspace Administrator exam within your probation period (40-hour study commitment).
Provide macOS support and device management using Jamf – strong emphasis on this.
Support and enhance the global Cisco Meraki infrastructure spanning 17+ locations, including a 700+ person London office.
Lead and contribute to the implementation, migration, or introduction of new technical solutions and concepts.
Ensure compliance with technical and security standards, including ISO 27001, Security+, and internal policies.
Maintain documentation and support IT governance aligned with ITIL 4 practices.
Proven experience as an IT Engineer or Infrastructure Support Specialist in a mixed OS environment.
Google Workspace administration (or willing to certify during probation)
Jamf and macOS device management
Cisco Meraki (on-premise networking and infrastructure)
Ability to drive change, implement new systems, and improve IT processes
ITIL v4
