What you'll be doing: Leading and supporting your team to maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, exceeding manufacturer benchmarks. Managing department costs in line with our business plan while maintaining high standards in quality and service. Ensuring the accurate recording and use of customer data in line with group compliance standards. Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment for all. Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for development and recognition. Collaborating across departments to drive continuous improvement in performance and customer care.
