What Youll Be Doing
* Building relationships with candidates and clients in the Life Sciences sector
* Identifying and placing specialist talent into global roles
* Managing the full recruitment process from first call to offer stage
* Developing sales, negotiation, and communication skills
* Working towards clear targets that drive commission and progression
* Learning how to build and own your own recruitment market
