The Role
Join a specialist interdisciplinary team delivering Speech & Language Therapy within a neurobehavioural model for individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI). This is a senior position with responsibility for leading SaLT provision and managing a complex caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver communication and dysphagia assessments and therapy programmes.
* Develop rehabilitation goals and evidence-based care plans.
* Work autonomously, potentially as the sole SaLT within the service.
* Provide staff training on dysphagia management.
* Lead on service development, planning, and evaluation.
Requirements
* HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist (essential).
* Experience with acquired brain injury and complex needs.
* Strong knowledge of dysphagia management.
* Understanding of neurobehavioural approaches.
* Ability to work independently and maintain high clinical standards.
