We are seeking a Maths Specialist to join our team at Jubilee High School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Position Details
Position: Second in Charge - Maths Specialist
Contract: Full time, permanent
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: Teacher Main Scale 3 to Upper Pay Scale 3 (£38,627 to £52,490) + TLR

Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring excellent standards of teaching & learning across the subject.
* Taking responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self evaluation and the improvement plan for the department.
* Monitoring student progress and implementing strategic intervention for the department.
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
* Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
* Ability to evidence effective continuous professional development.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience in coordinating a subject/Phase leading.
