Job Description:
Location: Field Based - South
Salary: Up to £40,000 with uncapped commission + Company Car/Car Allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30
Responsibilities
1. Achieve net growth and increase product penetration through cross-selling Daisy products into existing customers.
2. Ensure regular customer visits every 3 months for account reviews.
3. Increase product penetration across existing customer base with high product knowledge.
4. Pre-call all qualified opportunities 24 hours before meetings with a clear agenda.
5. Use effective questioning to identify customer needs and engage relevant specialists when necessary.
6. Input meeting information accurately into Daisy Central within 24 hours and follow up with actions.
7. Complete all quotes through Daisy Central or provided templates within 48 hours of meeting.
8. Maintain high product knowledge to spot opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
9. Deliver excellent account management to encourage re-signs and cross-sell opportunities.
10. Collaborate with support and specialist teams for high-quality service.
11. Raise and resolve service issues promptly, communicating with customers throughout.
12. Follow up with customers after case closure to ensure satisfaction.
13. Flag at-risk customers to management for appropriate action.
Qualifications
* Experience in telecoms with large customers.
* Account management experience.
* Understanding of objectives across multiple business verticals.
* Knowledge of sales processes and ability to demonstrate them.
* Clear articulation of Daisy’s vision, competencies, and product portfolio.
