Job Description
* Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
* Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
* Ensure accurate consolidation of financial data across multiple entities.
* Collaborate with internal departments to gather and analyse financial information.
* Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for management review.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and reporting.
* Provide assistance during external audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and industry standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Reporting Accountant should have:
* A professional accounting qualification or equivalent education (ACA/ACCA).
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation processes.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
* Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to communicate financial information effectively.
