What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Poultry Production Supervisor
Overseeing daily production to ensure customer specifications, portion control, packaging and shelf-life requirements are met
Managing labelling, batch coding and full product traceability in line with legislation and customer standards
Allocating daily tasks, setting production targets and supervising butchers, cutters and packing teams
Enforcing hygiene, GMP, contamination control and food safety procedures across the department
Completing QC checks, documentation and working closely with QA to maintain HACCP and BRCGS compliance
Monitoring stock rotation, segregation and reporting equipment or performance issues to management
What you’ll bring to the table as a Poultry Production Supervisor
Previous supervisory experience within poultry, meat or food manufacturing environments
Strong working knowledge of food safety, hygiene, traceability and labelling requirements
Experience working to customer specifications and quality standards
Confidence managing production teams, targets and shift activity
Familiarity with HACCP, BRCGS and audit-driven manufacturing environments
