Driving innovation and insight across our Vendors portfolio
As a Cyber Security Product & Services Executive you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendor products and technologies, clearly communicating their value to both internal teams and customers. You will achieve relevant sales and technical certifications while collaborating across the business to support customer needs. The role also involves ensuring strong delivery of vendor propositions and key fundamentals.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vendor products, services, and market trends, including achieving and renewing relevant certifications
* Building and managing strong internal and external relationships, creating clear communication channels between Softcat and vendors
* Identifying customer opportunities by analysing market trends, engaging with customers, and collaborating with sales teams
* Promoting and articulating the value of vendor technologies, supporting differentiation and competitive positioning
* Delivering training, onboarding, and enablement sessions to equip sales teams with the knowledge to drive vendor success

* Knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security technologies, with a willingness to continue learning
