The role encompasses managing and delivering the student journey in Oxford and internationally. This includes academic course scheduling; events; faculty and stakeholder relations; supplier and partner contracting; exceptional front-facing student care and service; and resource management, all within budget and adhering to processes. The ideal candidate will have successful experience of programme, project and/or event management in a higher education or professional environment, with the ability to manage a varied workload and multiple stakeholders, without compromising quality. 1. Responsible for project and event management of the EMBA programme, from timetabling and programme set-up of each module/activity; induction through programme delivery to programme completion.
2. Responsible for the event management of major events (e.g. End of Course Ceremonies) for each cohort. Planning and organising all resources required including directing the work of internal staff and external suppliers.
3. Build and maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with the students, Programme Directors, Faculty, and all other stakeholders. Create networks of useful contacts and mutually beneficial exchange of information.
