Overview
Parcelforce Worldwide is hiring for the Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver role in Swansea. This permanent, full-time position offers a starting salary of £24,210 (£12.21 per hour), rising to £25,679 (£12.95 per hour) after a 6-month probation, plus an annual supplement of £842 pro rata, night-shift allowance and benefits (based on a 38-hour week). The total package can be around £30,000 per year, including overtime.

Working hours: Full-time 38+ scheduled hours per week with opportunities for overtime. Typical hours: Saturday – Wednesday 09:00 – 16:36.

Responsibilities
* Plan your delivery route and carry out safety checks on your vehicle at the start of the day.
* Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, going the extra mile for customers.
* Deliver items ranging from birthday presents to vital business information.
* Support customer service standards and safety policies; overtime may be required.
Qualifications
* Essential: full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) covering up to 3.5 tonnes; ideally a clean licence, but not more than 6 penalty points; you will be asked to show your licence at assessment.
* Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30 kg.
* Natural, friendly, positive and proactive; good team player with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
