Working in our support functions youll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. What youll be doing In this role youll answer, facilitate and resolve all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, brokers etc.). This will be done by providing a professional and dedicated service to them. Youll do this via telephone and email. How youll help us make health happen: Youll proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers and intermediaries. Youll proactively build and maintain a network of contacts throughout the business in order to facilitate solutions to issues or complaints received via a number of mediums necessary and acting as a day to day contact for our customers to ensure there is a good customer experience.
