Birmingham and Solihull Women’s Aid (BSWA) has, for over 45 years, supported women and children with services around domestic violence and abuse. Could you be part of our team as we continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse? Our region’s leading charity tackles violence against women and girls by offering a helpline, webchat, drop‑in and community support, as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area. Projects support women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to those experiencing domestic violence. We also train and consult with businesses and health and social care professionals to raise awareness of gender‑based violence. We seek like‑minded women to join our enthusiastic team of workers, all passionate about the vital work we do to support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse and tackle the wider issues of violence against women and girls.
