Radio Enham is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Activities Lead - Radio and Digital Skills to guide our customers in developing confidence, digital skills, and a voice on air.About the RoleIn this unique and rewarding role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our radio station, including:Managing broadcasting schedulesHosting customers and identifying their individual support needsOverseeing technical operations for smooth, reliable broadcastsLeading and inspiring our team of DJs as we grow the stationYou will also contribute to wider sessions and events delivered by our Activities Team, including participating in a Saturday rota (1 in every 3).What We’re Looking ForYou will be a caring, empathetic person who understands how to deliver tailored support while setting clear, positive boundaries.
