McCarthy Stone is the UK’s leading retirement living provider. We are looking for a House Manager to lead our estate at Beaumaris Court, Sheringham, Norfolk.
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, throughout the year.
Salary: £17,908.61 ACTUAL plus benefits and bonus.

About The Role
We seek a customer-centric House Manager to uphold our high standards. Your role will focus on enhancing residents' quality of life, supporting independence, and managing community activities and facilities. Experience in customer service or front-line roles is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming and supporting new Homeowners
* Providing front of house services and visitor management
* Serving as the primary contact for residents
* Collaborating with partners and suppliers
* Representing McCarthy Stone to families and visitors
* Handling resident issues with confidentiality and sensitivity
* Managing gardens and grounds for safety and aesthetics
* Facilitating social activities and community engagement
* Ensuring health and safety compliance
Candidate Competencies
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Experience in customer service management
* Professional approach and high standards
* Adaptability to a dynamic environment
* Resilience and problem-solving skills
* Basic Health and Safety knowledge
* Computer literacy (Word, Outlook)
* First aid qualifications are an advantage (training provided)
