Job Description:
* Develop and deliver the Talent Management agenda for Operations, in cooperation with the Talent CoC, focusing on leader and line manager capability, succession management, and attraction and retention strategies.
* Engage with Operations leaders to prioritise key initiatives from the N&I survey feedback to enhance engagement levels.
* Support organisational transformation and change projects that contribute to high-performing Operations.
* Drive improvements in case management to support progressive ER initiatives.
* Act as the HR Business Partner for the Group Technical and Production teams, implementing broad HR plans and acting as a trusted advisor and coach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A breadth of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing or logistics industry, and the ability to work as a true business partner.
* A track record as a HRBP with strong knowledge and experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment & Resourcing, Employee Relations, Employment Law, and Organisational Change.
* Pro-active approach to resolving challenging and complex situations, driving best practice and ensuring compliance with Company Procedures, Policies, and Employment Legislation.
* Capability to support Line Managers with change management and deliver tangible outcomes that make a real difference to the business.
* Influencing with impact and having a continuous improvement mindset.
