Salary/benefits:
* £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
* 12 month fixed term contract

Job Duties:
1. Take ownership of all aspects of group financial control, including monthly reporting, consolidation and statutory accounts.
2. Manage and develop a small finance team, ensuring delivery of accurate and timely information.
3. Lead on budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
4. Provide financial insight and analysis to support the leadership team in strategic decision making.
5. Ensure robust financial controls and processes are in place to support rapid international growth.
6. Liaise with external auditors, banks and other stakeholders.
7. Support the owner-manager with commercial input and scenario planning.
8. Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting and processes.
