Customer Assistant - Fashion, Home & Beauty - Southampton West Quay
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Clothing & Home section, where you'll champion our stylish products, on-trend designs, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for passionate and fashion-forward individuals excited to dress the nation.
Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* Receive training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time

Work Pattern
* Week 1: Monday 10:00 - 18:00; Wednesday 10:00 - 18:00; Friday 12:30 - 20:30; Saturday 10:00 - 18:00
* Week 2: Sunday 09:30 - 17:30; Monday 10:00 - 18:00; Wednesday 10:00 - 18:00; Friday 12:30 - 20:30
