We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic GP to join our supportive and high-performing team for 5-6 sessions per week over 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). You'll be part of a collaborative practice committed to delivering modern, efficient primary care services. The role involves managing your own patient list and participating in the Duty Doctor rota.

* 5 GPs (4 partners) supported by a dedicated practice and assistant manager
* Experienced nursing and HCA team
* Strong PCN support including MSK practitioners, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, paramedic practitioners, mental health practitioners, and navigators
* Excellent administrative and care navigation team
* Low home visit rate
* 3 GP Trainers on site, regularly hosting FY and ST trainees
* Embracing technology and innovation for efficient care delivery
* Excellent QOF achievement and offers a wide range of services
* Good CQC rating
* EMIS clinical system, Docman 10, Anima, and Doris
* Supportive, forward-thinking team with strong management and admin support
* Well engaged with ICB, Federation, and PCN
