We are now offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the expanding team as a Trainee Field Service Engineer.
What the role involves
As a trainee, you'll receive comprehensive training to carry out:
Routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of medical refrigeration equipment.
Visits to customer sites including hospitals, pharmacies, and GP surgeries.
Accurate recording of your work using the latest technology.
Representing Labcold professionally in the field, while building valuable customer service skills.You'll be fully supported with training at the headquarters, followed by one-to-one mentoring in the field until you're confident to work independently.
What we're looking for
We don't require previous field service experience - what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. Ideally, you'll bring:
A genuine interest in starting a career in field service engineering.
A background in Maths, IT, or Engineering (studies, work, or personal interest).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A full UK driving licence (essential).What we offer
Starting salary of £29,000 - £31,000, reviewed after 6 months.
