Block Property Manager (Leasehold) – Bishops Stortford, CM23. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Block Property Manager to join our client based in Bishops Stortford, CM23. A leading, vibrant, professional, dynamic and very well respected Property Maintenance firm are currently seeking to strengthen their already very successful team with an Assistant Property Manager.
Responsibilities
* Answering high volumes of phone calls quickly and efficiently, providing regular updates to both tenants, landlords and local authorities
* Prioritising requests based on the severity of the issue and managing time effectively in order to deliver
* Dealing with tenant complaints, maintenance queries
* Updating the computer database (CRM software)
* Taking detailed notes
* Raising and booking jobs, closing jobs
* Ensuring timely follow-ups with open jobs/outstanding jobs
* Signing off invoices from contractors, sub-contractors and in-house operatives
* Dealing with the local authority councils, portfolio landlords
* Block management
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* 3 yrs experience within Block management; TPI/AIRPM qualified
* Diplomatic and tactful with handling tenant queries
* Able to cooperate and work well with others
* Work independently and use own initiative
* Proficient in the use of Excel, and Word
* Effective ethical and professional relationship with service suppliers, developers, other Estate Management companies, partners as well as internal customers
Note: “Full training will be given, no experience necessary; official industry-led courses will be sponsored for you by the company so you have sufficient professional courses under your belt as you learn and develop within the role.”
Hours and Salary
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary range: between £33,000 and £35,000 DOE
