Hamptons are currently looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our PM Hub.

Key Responsibilities:
To manage the relationship between Tenant and LandlordManage the Landlord PortfolioCreate and maintain detailed, accurate files notesManage day to day relationships with contractorsProgress Damages & ReimbursementsAchieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisPreparation of reports to Senior ManagementMonitoring workload of team.Hold monthly 121s with the teamOversee training and development of new members of staffHandling complaints escalated from the Property Managers/Customer CareComply with all LegislationSkills & Experience Required:
Experience within Estate Agency, Residential Lettings and Property ManagementYou will be highly motivated and able to demonstrate success within Property ManagementYou will be qualified to ARLA /NFOPP Legal Advanced Level or EquivalentAble to demonstrate first class customer service skillsExcellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills and strong attention to detailStrong communication, influencing and relationship skillsHigh levels of energy, drive and enthusiasmIn the 150 years since we first opened our doors for business as estate agents, we have learnt many things, the most important of which is that the secret to success comes down to one thing - great people.
