We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Multi-Skills Construction Lecturer to join our team. The role will involve teaching and assessing full-time learners aged 16 to 19 who are enrolled on a range of Entry level, Level 1 and Level 2 Construction courses.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and practical sessions across a variety of construction disciplines, helping learners to develop core vocational skills in areas such as carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, and painting & decorating. Alongside practical skills, the role will also include embedding personal and social development, communication, and essential English and Maths skills to support learner progression.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with teaching experience (or the desire to move into teaching) to inspire the next generation of tradespeople and support learners in achieving their goals.
