This role is a pinnacle point to ensuring the smooth running of the Finance department, reporting into the Financial Controller.You must have your own transport as the location has no public transport routes nearby.Responsibilities: Bank and ledgers ReconciliationsWeekly cash forecastsAccruals, prepayments and monthly rechargesPreparation of monthly management accounts and forecasting to year endBalance Sheet reconciliation and reviewsCost analysis for department managersPreparation of VAT returnsMaintain stock records (livestock and feed)Prepare and maintain Fixed Asset RegistersAssist with preparation of budgets and forecastingPreparation of year-end accountsAd hoc responsibilities
