We are currently recruiting for a NRSWA Site Supervisor to support the planning, co-ordination and delivery of operational works across our telecoms contracts.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, confident communicating with multiple teams, and experienced in supervision of multiple teams doing work in the highway, footpaths and on arable land. You will be qualified as a NRSWA Supervisor, have a SSSTS ticket and have supervised on fibre contracts.
Key Responsibilities
*Co-ordinate daily works across multiple teams and locations
*Plan and schedule jobs, ensuring resources and materials are available
*Liaise with Project Manager, Site Manager, Site teams, subcontractors and clients
*Ensure work orders, job packs and documentation are accurate and completed on time
*Support permit applications and compliance paperwork
What We're Looking For
*Experience in a Site Supervision and planning (telecoms preferred)
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
*Confident communicator with a professional manner
*Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and job management systems)
*Understanding of street works and permits (NRSWA)
* Ensuring Risk Assessments and Method Statements are adhered to
*Monitoring signing, lighting, and guarding
*Monitoring excavation in the highway
*Monitoring reinstatement of sub-base and road-base in non-bituminous materials
* Making sure everybody goes home safely every day
You will have
- NRSWA Supervisor
- SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme)
- Full UK Driving Licence and be prepared to travel throughout Scotland for work
- 2 years minimum in Telecoms Supervision (mainly in Fibre)
Would suit a Civils Site Supervisor, Junior Project Engineer, Project Supervisor, or a Civils Technician
